ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bernice's remote and rural location provides a unique and tranquil escape, undoubtedly this is part of the cottage's appeal but it is important to be aware that this comes with practical challenges. The property is off-grid, meaning it is powered entirely by a diesel generator, two hours of electricity per day are included in the price, additional hours can be added to your booking. There is no WiFi, TV signal and limited mobile phone reception. Benmore, four miles east is your nearest neighbour.

Although operating as an individual property, the farmhouse joins Bernice cottage; a small annexe of the historic farm building built in 1778. You can book the farmhouse individually, or with the cottage as a package.
