It is the passage between the charming Scottish villages of Tighnabruaich and Kames on Argyll's mainland and the northern part of the Isle of Bute in the Firth of Clyde.
ARGYLL FOREST PARK
The forest park stretches from the Holy Loch on the Firth of Clyde to the craggy peaks of the Arrochar Alps owing its rugged outline to being at one end of the Highland Fault, the great crack in the earth’s surface that marks the line between Lowland and Highland Scotland.

Benmore Outdoor Centre is within the grounds of Benmore Botanic Gardens which is set in magnificent mountain surroundings on the Cowal Peninsula. A historical and enchanting garden surrounded by dramatic scenery.

HOLY LOCH MARINA
Offering all the sailing and yachting facilities, you would expect to find in a Holy Loch Marina is well-established and is set amongst beautiful scenery in a relaxing, well-known holiday area. Located in Dunoon, Argyll, Scotland, it is just 20 minutes by frequent ferry from Gourock, which is not far from Glasgow. Loch Long and the Upper Firth of Clyde are just a short sail away. There are ample facilities for yachts and boats and their passengers both at the marina and nearby.

WAVERLEY PADDLE STEAMER
Waverley is magnificently restored and the last sea-going paddle steamer in the world. PUCKS GLEN
Explore a world of mischievous nature sprites and magical beings in the fabulous Puck's Glen. The forest's moist, shady undergrowth and the dark atmosphere is great fun to explore. There are two trails here, one wind through the enchanting gorge with its tumbling waterfalls.
